What was the highlight of &Here TOKYO UENO
Clean, comfortable and a very easy location to jump a train to anywhere in Tokyo. Highly Recommended
The location was incredible, easy to get everywhere on the metro and plenty going on in Ueno. From the airport it is 1 train (Skyliner) and you're pretty much on the doorstep of the hotel. Very convenient. The staff were helpful and stored our bags before and after check ins. Skytree, Sensoji, Akihabara are all within walking distance (if you like walking) and access to every other attraction was super easy. Plenty of food options very close. The room was clean, comfortable and importantly - large enough for 4 of us to sleep, eat and relax. The rooftop onsen baths were an absolute bonus, although I think the tattoo rule is a little archaic these days and something I've seen other hotels start to remove from policy. We loved the place so much we stayed here at the beginning and end of our Japan vacation.

Great design, great facilities, great location, and great staff, with a magnificent view.
Having a view of any kind in Tokyo, let alone such a magic view over the lake was fantastic. Close to Ueno station - convenient, well equipped and rental toaster was an added bonus for us Vegemite toast addicted Aussies
Overall it was pretty good, some of the atmosphere around the area wasn’t as family friendly as the last place we stayed at in Ueno but still safe enough to send the teenagers out on their own to get ice creams at Family Mart after dinner. Would have loved some coffee making facilities.

Fantastic location, great clean location with excellent amenities
New fresh facilities and great location.
Little bit noisy on the side that backs into the entertainment precinct and the floors are thin. Can hear people thumping all night.
